Who has to pay?
Only the community owner. Members never see a bill — a community either fits its current plan or the owner upgrades it.
What happens if we outgrow the free plan?
New members can’t join until the owner upgrades to a tier with room. Nobody already in the community is removed.
What if a payment fails or we cancel?
Existing members are never kicked out. A canceled subscription reverts the community to the free plan’s member limit going forward.
